Current Families:
You will begin continuous enrollment, which eliminates the need to complete annual enrollment forms. You will only need to complete the Continuous Enrollment Contract. Please email the school with any changes to your personal information. You will not need to fill out any enrollment applications if your child is already attending Salem.
- Continuous Enrollment Contract for existing families will be sent out via email by January 21, 2026
- If your child will not be returning for the upcoming year, you must submit this Withdrawal Form by March 1, 2026
- Registration fees are covered for returning families for the 2026-2027 school year; you will not be billed for this
New Families:
Families who have children who have not attended Salem will follow the enrollment process through Gradelink. They will create a Gradelink account and fill out the online application. The link for the enrollment application can be found here: Gradelink Enrollment Application.
