Enrollment for 2024-2025

Please enroll now for the 2024-2025 school year. Look for the “Enroll Here” tab on our website ( www.salemlutheran.org).

Preschool registration fees are $175. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You have the choice of which days you would like your child to come. There’s a minimum attendance of 3 half days up to 5 full days.

The K-8 registration fee is $275. We ask families that are interested in tuition assistance to please fill out a Financial Aid Application and contact Mr. Klatt.

Please encourage any families interested in our school to contact either Mr. Klatt (rklatt@salemlutheran.org) for K-8 students or Mrs. Grobe (jgrobe@salemlutheran.org) for preschool students. Families interested in our school are also encouraged to sign up for a tour on our website!

Mr. Klatt’s and Mrs. Hansen’s Divine Call

Mr. Klatt returned his call from Good Shepherd Lutheran in Burnsville, MN. Mrs. Hansen, our first-grade teacher, was also called to serve at Good Shepherd Lutheran School in West Bend, WI. She returned her call as well. We are thankful that both of these dedicated called workers will remain with us at Salem.

Culvers Fundraiser for DC Trip

The school has partnered with Culver’s restaurant in Stillwater and every 4th Tuesday evening from 5-7 pm, 10% percent of the proceeds from that time will be donated to the School’s Washington DC trip. The next one is Tuesday, April 23. The kids thank you for your support!

Bowling and Track will be starting up soon! Watch for more information from Mr. Stob.

Mark Your Calendar – Graduation Date on Thursday in May

We will be trying a new date for our graduation service for our 8th-grade class. Please note that graduation will be on Thursday, May 23rd at 6:30 pm this year. This is because of the Memorial Day weekend and many families traveling. The whole school will participate in this service.

Referral Program

The School Board approved a program that gives the incentive to recruit new families for our school. If a family who has children enrolled refers a new family to Salem, they will receive a $200 tuition credit at Christmas per family they referred. There is no limit to the number of families you can refer. If you have any more questions about the program, speak to a School Board member or Mr. Klatt.

We Are Also Collecting Aluminum Cans and Pop Tabs

Aluminum cans benefit our athletic program and can be bagged up and placed in the wooden bin next to the garage facing Panama Ave. We will continue to support The Ronald McDonald House by participating in the Pop Tab program. The cash received goes directly to support Ronald McDonald House. They can be dropped off in the bin at the entrance to the school.

Prayer

One way we forget we can help our school and church is to pray for them throughout the year. Your prayers are always a blessing and it is great to know that you are asking God for his blessings in our school and church year.
