We would like to address the afternoon pick-up procedures to help improve traffic flow and ensure everyone’s safety. We have noticed some congestion during dismissal time and would appreciate your cooperation with the following guidelines:

• Drive-Through Lane: Use the curved drive-through lane only if you plan to remain in your vehicle. If you need to park and walk to collect your child, please use a designated parking space.

• Traffic Flow: When using the drive-through, continue moving forward as vehicles ahead depart. This prevents the line from extending into the street while space is available in the lane.

• After Pick-Up Activities: Families who wish to socialize or allow children to play on the grass or playground are asked to move to the church parking lot. This helps keep parking spaces available during peak dismissal time.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to create a safer, more efficient dismissal process. We will continue exploring additional solutions to improve our afternoon procedures.
