Salem Lutheran is hosting a Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This fun family event celebrates the four pillars of health: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, offering something meaningful for both children and adults.

The fair will feature local health and wellness businesses providing valuable resources and services. Attendees can enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages while exploring booths from vendors like Elevated Eating from Stillwater, Home Instead Home Care, Family Means, and Hall Chiropractic. On-site health screenings will include vision and blood pressure checks, plus memory screenings conducted by Family Means with caregiver resources available.

Some additional services include consultations with a Thrivent Financial Planner, Bike MN, Lakeview Foundation will provide grief coalition resources, Health Partners Community Health will present their Power Up program, and more!

Gift drawings from participating businesses and the committee will take place at 11:30 AM, adding excitement to this community gathering focused on fellowship and health education. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with neighbors while learning how to keep your family healthy throughout the summer.
